There's a guy in the Plumbing dept. of Lowes, Morris Plains named Tony. He's the nicest, friendliest most knowledgeable Plumbing person I have ever met. Tony has helped me several times in the past 12 months and saved me lots of money. He doesn't make you feel stupid if you happen to ask a dumb question. Tony, happily answers all questions, dumb ones as well. He's always in a good mood. He deserves a raise, and Lowe's better not let him ever go. Also, yesterday my wife and I took delivery on an LG refrigerator. The 2 delivery guys were in and out in 30 minutes. They were very neat, friendly and quick. Fantastic experience. And no, I'm not a Lowes employee.
