“Spent about an hour with associate John Whalen tonight ordering 6 panel doors. I cannot say enough about how patient and kind he was to my husband and me. You have a real asset in John and I hope he is treated well. Many thanks”

“This is for Ana at the Lowes in Hawthorne, CA. I purchased crown molding at another Lowes and needed one more strip to complete the job. After searching myself in the molding department with no success, I enlisted the assistance of Ana working in that department. She assured me that she would find that one strip I needed. She checked the digital inventory which said that 30 were in stock. I swear she must have pulled out 50 strips of crown molding, but not one of them was what I needed. I was a nervous that I would not be able to finish my project. She apologized for the inventory error, (not her fault), and called Lowes in Torrance to secure the molding. She was soooooo patient! I commended her for her tenacity in attempting to please a customer and gave her a hug! Yes...a hug! She made my day! Thanks Ana! Karien Zachery-Brooks”

“I have a lot of admirations for the people working at Erie, Colorado Lowe's. Recently I had to purchase numerous items and needed help with selecting the right ones. All the associates I communicated with were kind and helpful. Jess and Billy went above and beyond to help me with my purchases from the Light Department, thank you so much! I also have a great appreciation for Nancy of PRO department. Her knowledge of products and issues was extraordinary. The Customer Service was highly efficient with handling returns & refunds. Thank you all!”

“I was picking up a few things at my local Lowes in West Ashley. Kevin helped me. I was trying to find a part and Lowes didn't carry it, but he made a few suggestions for where I could get it. He was so cheerful and so helpful I just couldn't believe it. He carried my stuff for me and loaded it into my SUV. So nice.”

“Midea dryer after purchasing the washer/dryer combo we started having issues with the dryer that only got worse with time after contacting Lowes we were advised to Contact Midea which we did and was told it was Lowes issue to contact Lowes after several attempts to resolve the issue with the dryer working some of the time it only got worse we are now without a dryer that didn't even last one year the Maytag we had lasted 38 years without one.issue whenever we contacted Lowes again they.said they'd sell us another one with 10 percent discount lol if they're not gonna stand behind the products they're selling I'll never buy another thing from them and I'd advise anyone that's thinking about buying from them to not to because once they get your money you'll be on your own no pride in customer service at all and will not stand behind what they sell”

“The manager Joe at the Lowe's store in North Smithfield went above and beyond to resolve my issue. There was a dispute about a payment made. The assistant manager was no help or the head cashier. Both gave me the run around. They should of called Joe over right away instead of me asking for him. Never will pay with cash making a payment again.”

“Lowes in Osage beach - 5 ⭐️ customer service for an employee named Janell. The store seemed a bit short staffed, my daughter & I were shopping with her 2 sons ( my grandsons ) . Janell had an entire department full of customers waiting for her assistance & greeted & interacted with every single customer all while making up feel like the only customer she had. It’s been a very long time since I have experienced that kind of.customer service. This woman deserves the best her job has to offer . After my experience there today I will most definitely go back & buy my next appliance in a few weeks! Thank you Janell for PERFECT customer service. Above & beyond! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Talk about customer service! Greatest ever. I bought a ceiling fan ten years ago. While changing the bulb, I broke the globe. Now, where do you go to get a 10-year-old fan globe? I saw an 800 number on the top of the fan. Called it. Not only did they have a record of the sale, but they are contacting the manufacturer to get the replacement price and shipping information.”

“I am posting this review here and hope that Lowes Corporate will see this and complement their employees. My husband and I went to Lowes at Waynesville, NC recently and we were so happy that Briona helps us at the credit card self-check out. She was very friendly and pleasant. We asked if she can help us checking out as we have applied for the Lowes credit card and have not yet received it. I showed her the email I have received and she said no problem and she proceed to help us checking out. When came to the final totaling our whole cart we were expecting to receive 5% discount but the self-check register will not provide such an option. She went to the supervisor Ethan and was scanned in a store bar code which allow us the discount. Ethan said today was Briona first day and I thought her performance was outstanding and she was wonderful. Following week, we were at Lowes again. Checking out a full cart of things we need at the credit card self-check out again. Here comes Briona, she recognized us and proceed to help us checking out. We were so please we have her in helping us at the checkout stand. We were so delighted and wished that each time we shop at this branch of Lowes, we will see her. We find her, an awesome, cheerful and helpful employee. She is a champion !!! a key asset to Lowes. We were unable to do the survey at www.lowes.com/survey as the receipt seem to have a missing digit that did not print from the id #. We are so disappointed and an employee review/feedback is not able to share due to the monthly winner drawing! and Lowes website does not provide an freeform feedback to compliment an employee in the “Contact US” section like majority of the company website!!!”

“By exhibiting true customer service through a manager (Francine Howard )when I was dealing with a sultry employee. She stepped right up and did the right thing even as the other employee was, not only, disrespecting her but being rude to me. The restraint I saw in Ms. Howard was a breath of fresh air in todays world. Perhaps I should suggest someone rush out right now to get a sweater to place around her shoulders so she never misses a day of work. She is a trues gemstone for your company. Keep Her!!!!!”

“I’ve moved into a new apartment and needed a washer and dryer so I turned to LOWES in Easley SC. And I’m so thankful I did. I bought a washer and dryer (LG) that are wonderful. And the best part they were cheaper than a pair I had found on their website. Now, moving into a new place can be stressful especially when everything is being delivered. Well my washer and dryer were delivered as scheduled by two of the nicest young men you will ever meet. John and Jose’ were right on time and as careful as if it was their own purchase and their own place. They had them in and set up before I could turn around. Awesome delivery men👍👍👍 Thank you Lowe’s for great appliances and awesome delivery guys to take care of me.”

“First time I went to Lowes Garden City NY. I was previously a Home Depot regular. I was so pleasantly surpised how orderly everything was. What really surprised me was the cleanliness of the mens bathroom. Even though there are a bunch of Home Depots closer to my house, I will drive the extra 12 miles to Lowes since it is so much more pleasant.”

“Devon in appliances at The Lowe’s in east Wichita ,ks is the best! After a very frustrating experience elsewhere, he very patiently helped me to get my dishwasher ordered and installation / haul away set up! Thank you, Devon so very much! Also praises to the company they contracted with to do the installing ! Logan from Charles installations was very fast and efficient and answered all my questions! Thank you Lowe’s East Wichita for making something that had previously been frustrating with three attempts elsewhere to get our dishwasher fixed, into a pleasant outcome! Monique”
