I Love Lowe's Employees and Supervisors. I got off work doing a Double shift and was sleepy, very tired. My day had to keep going for another 4 hours. Went into the Concord Lowe's, with my New Landlord. I asked for a Payday candie bar, I needed sugar The employee , I believe her name is Susie went around the check stand and grabbed a Payday for me. I said " Who does that these days". I told her Thank you so much , I just moved here and got off work and am exhausted. I asked her to find her manager, I want to compliment your work ethics The Supervisor ( Charles) I believe his name is came over , I told him Thank You for hiring such a considerate human being to work in the Front To my surprise Charles was even over the Top with Great Customer Service. He gave me a plant for my new house and told me Welcome. I Love Great Customer Service. I will spend my money anywhere that gives great Customer Service. I told Charles I was going to contact their headquarters and Compliment this Store. I want to hear and they have been given an extra compensation. I will follow up. Many stores are losing customers because of faulty service. I want this store to get a Free lunch as a Thank You. Lowe's your staff is a higher level of integrity and ethos.
