“I went to Lowe’s on 133rd and state line yesterday and went in the contractor’s door. Curtis asked if I was looking for something and I said yes a cart. He not only said they were outside but went and got me one!!! Great employee!! Great service!!”

“The fantastic employees at my store in Mechanicsburg. I have been dealing there since I moved here and built my new home. The girls at the customer service desk go out of their way to help you. They are so knowledgeable and friendly in particular. Melissa T, Mason and Pam. It is a pleasure to shop the store. The employees are so knowledgeable and I have never been disappointed. Thanks again from a very happy, happy customer Cherie.”

“I was able to purchase the refrigerator online and they delivered early the very next day. The delivery person was very nice and knew his stuff. The two men were in and out of here in a flash and my new fridge is wonderful.”

“We purchased 3 new appliances from Lufkin Tx Lowe’s. On the delivery date due I had an email from the Alexandria La. Lowe’s that my order was loaded and on the way. The driver called me and was 20 minutes away. Cristian, the driver, was efficient, knowledgeable and really nice, courteous guy. He asked me to come out and look at the freezer. Door hinge at top was broken somehow. He called his dispatcher and they said return it and they would start getting us a.new replacement. Best professional delivery persons ever! Highly rated and yes, Lowe’s and Christian are also highly recommended.”

“Up coming Google review : Thank you Kelly of Lowe’s in Murphy Texas Wow Amazing Kelly has a heart for helping others and in particular this customer who was wrestling with the purchase of new home accessories in another state no less. Four different times: Kelly and other Lowe’s associates Daniel, Morgan and Cornelius and LC and Susan helped me problem solve the purchase of multiple rooms furnishing down to the shutters and faucets, doors, storm doors , paint and house generator and toilets and house numbers as well as the Pro Option for my Arkansas contractor Go to Lowes in Murphy Tx today you won’t regret it! “Lowes in Hanover Pa. manager Wayne is the Best! We went in looking for a riding mower and he helped us with getting one and tipped us on how to use it and what fluids to put in it. He was Great! “Customer service Charlotte - abermale road) was good, price point for a new glass cooktop was actually better than the one I had, delivery service was good and at a decent time. Delivery guys Riki and Rafael made sure they didn’t scratch my floors, hooked up the stove, checked for leveling, and working before leaving.”

“We had the BEST customer service at the Lowes store #1798 in Wake Forest NC Galaxy drive. The man who helped us with bathroom Fans was named MIKE (Millwork) He spent about an hour with us and was extremely knowledgeable and very patient answering all our questions. This is by far the BEST customer service I have ever experienced and it def makes me want to shop at THIS location again. Thank you Mike!!”

“Good morning. This particular review is not being provided to speak of one of the Lowes stores in general although I am compelled to speak of a certain person in general and how he conducted himself at the Lowes store in Anderson, SC (Highway 28 bypass). The gentlemans' name is Marasalis. I walked into the store to pick up an order and Marasalis was at counter. He happened to be on the phone at the moment and I could not help but notice how professional he was speaking to the person on the other end. When he hung up the phone he was immediately prompted to request a favor from one of the his employed associates asking them if they could do something for him.. and of course the person replied "no problem." Marasalis then looked at me and kindly said "how may I help you sir"..? He called receiving to ask for someone and the person was not present at that time so he said to me that he would go back to pick up my order. In a few minutes he returned with my order and suggested that we open the box to see if the contents was what I had ordered and make sure that it was not damaged. I had to ask him if he was one of the managers and he politely said no with a smile.. and I politely said with a smile.. "well you should be because you have all the professional qualifications and you know how to work with people and you know how to treat a customer. I must say that this gentleman (Marasalis) has been overlooked and should be placed into some type of managerial position. He would be an asset to all.”

“I bought whirlpool side by side refrigerator from Lowe’s in Lebanon tn. From placing my order to having delivery to installing, I rank it a A+ all the way, —- Sales was so informative and friendly. She explained everything in detail. — the two delivery installers were outstanding — very careful, very friendly, cleaned everything up and was so professional. — Lowe’s in Lebanon TN Appliances are Terrific— we are well pleased,”

“I was looking for a filter for my refrigerator and went about it on my own when I was approached by named associate Diamond at the Greensboro East Cone Blvd store. She was extremely helpful and professional. I was in hurry but I did not mention it to her. She had me on my way in no time. I would def recommend this location. Very good people working here. Thanks!!!”
