I was recently waited on several times by Yolanda at the FRONT check out (self service). Yolanda was AWESOME and did a great job helping me and assisting me with my purchase(s). I think the store on Hinkleville Road, Paducah, KY should let Yolanda know that she goes "above and beyond" to help customers out! Larry Edwards Paducah, KY

I usually skip closer stores and drive an extra mile or two to go to LOWE's, in Katy, Cinco Ranch, Texas. Today, I went twice for simple things. One, I was looking for ways to fix a broken drawer in the kitchen. Ralph and Brett went our of their way to find a solution. They didn't have the right clips at the store. Brett, took the step beyond the call of duty and found it online for me. Two, I went to the garden center for "growing bags." In the whole 100 acre place, there was one cashier, and nobody else to ask for help. It was a Friday at 5 and many shoppers...From the Garden Center to the opposite end of the store, I found Sylvia at Self Check area.....She called for help to meet me at the garden center. I walked back and waited...then left.

Never buy from Lowes especially appliances they hire shady installers who scam money from you. This installer tried to get money from me even though we paid for installation. When I refused to give him cash he called the cops and said I assaulted him. What a scumbag liar pretty much tried to ruin my life. Beware of Lowes installers, go somewhere else For appliances. nea

Lowe's has specialists that are actually specialists in their departments, not just sales people. You go into any other big box hardware store and they are sales people that will literally sell you anything. At Lowe's they know their department. Shop at Lowe's for knowledge and accountability.

I worked at Lowe's for about 3 months. Lowe's is a pretty decent company to work for I enjoyed it while I was there the problem is the customers.. The customers are the biggest assholes that ever walked into a store. They make a mess of the place. They never put anything back where it belongs,,when they drop something on the Floor it stays there, the customers don't care and that's why I left. I got tired of cleaning up after the customers and nobody appreciated it.. So you can give bad scores to Lowes if you want but you need to look in the mirror. The problem is not with the company it's with you the customers that can't put anything back you just don't give a damn and that's why I left I felt like I wasn't appreciated for what I did.
