Hello, on the 12th I had a problem getting warranty service on a covered product purchased from Lowes, The warranty company directed me to customer service at the Lowes on Western Blvd, in Jacksonville NC. I then proceeded to the store with my receipt and spoke with BRANDI in customer service, She went out of her way to get with the Lowes warranty department on the phone and get the issue resolved. ( they were stating they could not find my warranty) I as well as Brandi found it odd that I was directed to the store, regardless she got the issue squared away. Thanks Brandi for all you do and Thanks for getting my issue resolved, I have since purchased a new over the range Microwave, Your professionalism and diligence was greatly appreciated and were an outstanding example of what customer service is.
