Went back to Lowe’s to talk with salesman, explained my minor issue with stove drawer rail not attached after they delivered and installed. Tyler Asst Manager said I’d need to purchasing another stove to fix my issue. Thanks Mike for your help!!

Wanted to report on an amazing team who delivered and set up my new refrigerator in December.Manuel and Maldonado were amazing. In November I had a refrigerator delivered and the team took it back claiming that it could get through the door. The interaction left much to be desired. The refrigerator was taken back to the warehouse. I went back to the store and the representative Trinity confirmed the measurements and requested that the item be sent out with another delivery team at her suggestion .Manuel and Maldonado were very professional, knew how to retract the shipping brackets, got the refrigerator in the house and made me extremely happy. I would like the two agents to be acknowledged and appreciated by their company as well as Lowes for most outstanding customer service. Thank

I just left and there was a guy in the plumbing department named Bob that was amazing and super helpful. And when I was checking out there was this lady named Kendall and she was just amazing super nice and helpful and just a pleasant person. I hope Lowe's takes good care of these two rock stars that they have.

My Pella window installation was fantastic. My installer Travis was amazing and made sure I was 110% happy with my install before the project was completed. His knowledge and expertise were so appreciated and I will recommend Lowes to anyone. Thank you for a job well done

I came into Lowe's look into purchase a circular saw to put up the panel and my tiny house. The first person I saw I grabbed in the power tools her name was tawana and she took the time to show me the different saws and which ones would be easier for me to use since I've had hand surgery. David was over that department so he took the time and opened the box and show me the do's and don'ts of the power tools . I've been coming in over the past several months being that I'm building me a tiny house and I have had a lot of questions and relied on their knowledge and I've had a lot of good customer relationships with a lot of these people at Lowe's in Oxford. I just want to say thanks to twana David and Jevona for all your help that day. Tawana thank you for that wood that you help me get it turned out excellent thank you for the Blessing!!!!

Bought a new refrigerator at store and set up delivery time when fridge arrived the 2 young men who are named Sway and James came in and checked out the plan of attack. Sway appears to be the lead man and he is very knowledgeable on installing and set up. He got out the old fridge and placed it where we wanted in garage as we are keeping it and then he helped me clean the floor and I'm disabled and he did great then got new fridge inside and started to assemble the new doors and items the thing required. Then while unwrapping it he noticed a dent and scratch on the front door if it. It's a stainless model and it shows up pretty good . It was a hidden dent and scratch and someone at the factory hid the damage with a sticker and shipping tape about set up info. It wasn't Sway or James the setup guys. Sway went above and way beyond what he was supposed to have done. He got me in touch with the right lady to talk to about the damage and they made it right and we opted to go ahead and keep the damaged refrigerator. They gave us a discounted price and it's all good now but this guy Sway is so nice and he calmed me down .because to be honest I was really mad and ready to send it back. He cleaned up and made sure it was clean and operational. Was A very pleasant and engaging young man. I'd deal with him anytime. He's such a asset to Lowe's it's great. Please acknowledge him for his great work and friendliness In his knowledge of doing his job he is a fun and nice kid to be around we are so happy with how they did it.thank you for your time

Ryan Neff is the best Sales Soecialist I ever had!!! Thank you soooooo much! You did a great job. Still not finished. We will meet again. ! He knew a lot, he took care of every concern we had. He listened and found solution for our kitchen plan. Milton flooded our home in fort Myers. So we have to rebuilt the kitchen. I went to my Lowes store here in Salisbury to find a cordless nail/Brad gun . I found one I was interested in but there was no price . A young man that worked there named Preston stopped and asked me if I need help and I know nothing about tools so I said yes . Preston explained that the nail gun I was looking at by the time I got it , the battery and charger would be close to $300 . We'll I could not afford that so said goodbye to Preston and went on my way . About 5 minutes later Preston walked up to me and said he found a nail gun that came with everything I needed all together for about half the cost of the previous one . We'll turned out the model he had found was way, way better 5han the one I had been looking at earlier . Thank you Preston very much. Edward M. Kirk

I Love Lowe's Employees and Supervisors. I got off work doing a Double shift and was sleepy, very tired. My day had to keep going for another 4 hours. Went into the Concord Lowe's, with my New Landlord. I asked for a Payday candie bar, I needed sugar The employee , I believe her name is Susie went around the check stand and grabbed a Payday for me. I said " Who does that these days". I told her Thank you so much , I just moved here and got off work and am exhausted. I asked her to find her manager, I want to compliment your work ethics The Supervisor ( Charles) I believe his name is came over , I told him Thank You for hiring such a considerate human being to work in the Front To my surprise Charles was even over the Top with Great Customer Service. He gave me a plant for my new house and told me Welcome. I Love Great Customer Service. I will spend my money anywhere that gives great Customer Service. I told Charles I was going to contact their headquarters and Compliment this Store. I want to hear and they have been given an extra compensation. I will follow up. Many stores are losing customers because of faulty service. I want this store to get a Free lunch as a Thank You. Lowe's your staff is a higher level of integrity and ethos. This is my to go store now. I will buy all my products at Lowe's. Thank you for excellent choice of Hiring The Best. Tina Flores

I had the pleasure of meeting Rose in the paint dept store#0186 10303 South Mall Dr BR,La 70809. I had to paint portions of my ceiling. I had no idea there is a white ceiling paint! Not knowing this, I scraped paint from ceiling for a sample. Got to lowes and met Rose! She quickly educated me on white ceiling paint! We both had a great laugh! Rose was an amazing person with a huge smile! Very knowledgable and I consider Rose an asset to the Lowes family! Great job Rose! Karen Mayeaux Hill

Hello, on the 12th I had a problem getting warranty service on a covered product purchased from Lowes, The warranty company directed me to customer service at the Lowes on Western Blvd, in Jacksonville NC. I then proceeded to the store with my receipt and spoke with BRANDI in customer service, She went out of her way to get with the Lowes warranty department on the phone and get the issue resolved. ( they were stating they could not find my warranty) I as well as Brandi found it odd that I was directed to the store, regardless she got the issue squared away. Thanks Brandi for all you do and Thanks for getting my issue resolved, I have since purchased a new over the range Microwave, Your professionalism and diligence was greatly appreciated and were an outstanding example of what customer service is. Thanks again Brandi, JOB WELL DONE

I ordered from Sears online. Waited two months for delivery. Cancelled. Bought from Home Depot. Waited three weeks. Cancelled. Bought from Lowe's. Next day delivery on time.

Had never bought anything from them before but ordered online a new push mower like the one I have. Got mine working ok so wanted to cancel order that was in transit shipping. Called customer service twice about it. Both times customer service was superior. Very helpful and walked me through my options to get new one returned FedEx and get my credit card reimbursed. I don’t believe I’ve had better customer service and helpful people with any other company.
