“I shop at the Lowe's in Ventura frequently and I have had nothing but amazing service. Your team at the pickup and registers are amazing Zach always greets me asks if I was being helped hes an amazing person. And then the trio of Rosemarie, Suki and Michele go above and beyond everytime I go pickup my order. I was in retail for 31yrs and know how to treat customers. And these young ladies arr a huge asset to the Lowe's team. continued success Ventura location you all rock.”

“I went to Lowe’s Bend, OR last Sunday 5/11/25 to purchase a large flatbed of goods. We ran into Jim in the electrical department, and he was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. He then introduced us to Gene, who helped secure me a very nice and appreciated discount. Gene was also stellar, right up there with Jim. The “Jim and Gene Show” as we referred to them, were absolutely top notch. My bf suggested we do all our shopping on Sundays so we can have this awesome duo wait on us! Thank you for adding to a happy Mother’s Day, Jim and Gene!”

“I want to give a huge shoutout to Tony at store #1053 in Pasadena, TX. I made an online purchase that required assembly. Tony went above and beyond to assist me in making that happen. He even helped me with unloading and loading my new item. He works in appliances so whenever I need a new appliance I will for sure ask for Tony. He deserves a raise and is a definite asset to your company. I hope this gets into the right hands so he can be recognized for his outstanding work ethic.”

“We ordered a new washer last Friday at Longview Lowe's from Sophia. Wonderful salesperson, very knowledgable. She set us up with a Sunday morning delivery and told us they would call with the time of delivery that morning. The gentleman, Jesus, called to let us know our washer was loaded and what time to expect him. He and his crew showed up within 5 minutes of the quoted time. Jesus and Steve removed our old washer, installed the new one and made sure everything was working correctly with no plumbing leaks. Very friendly and fast but correct work. I would give this crew 6 stars if they had them. Judy Nesbit. Happy customer”

“I I had visited the paint department at the Holmdel location I highly recommend going. Jolene was so accommodating and helpful. I was so undecided about a pink color and she helped me and it turned out to be perfect. Thank you again. I will definitely be returning.”

“The delivery service was less than a good experience with my washer and dryer, however Ginnie and the other gal in appliances at Store 1190 were amazing. She handled my dryer return after noticing a small crack. She turned a very stressful situation into a pleasant one. Many thanks to Ginnie!!! Brett Kennedy”

“I am writing a review for the delivery today, 3/24/25 of my new washer and dryer. David Figueroa and Michael Gonzalez did a great job, taking away old appliances and installing new ones. They were very personable and did a wonderful job, I would give them a 10 out of 10!”

“I purchased a new gas grill and the assistant manager helped me load it in my pickup truck. We tied it down with elastic straps. Not thinking, we put it in with the lid facing the front. When I pulled onto the highway a big gust of wind flipped the cover up and sucked the thing right out of the truck and crashed it onto the highway in a hundred pieces. When I got all the parts back in the truck, I went back and asked for Michael, who had just helped me. I showed him the destroyed grill and said, "I'm not blaming you, can you do anything anyway?" He just shook his head and said he would have to call Ryan, the store manager. Ryan comes out and I told him what happened and said...."I'm not blaming you, can you do anything?" He thought about it and said, "everyone blames us. Give him a new one Mike." Whenever I tell this story, people always say, "where was that again", and I say Lowe's in Carbondale, Illinois. This happened last year, but I will be forever grateful to those guys. Thank you Lowe's. Bill.”

“If you want a good experience in the great state of oklahoma, ONLY go to the lowes on 2nd and Bryant. I have had issues with all the rest and they completely treated me like a number and 2nd and Bryant had to fix the errors of the lowes on memorial.”

“I must say Lowe’s in Hammond La. Has definitely improved the staff a man Jammisson and a young lady in paint dept today both went above and beyond customer service. Compared to four years ago I salute Lowe’s keep on with the great work. Also my husband is disabled Veteran thank you for your generosity. God Bless !”

“Wanted to report on an amazing team who delivered and set up my new refrigerator in December.Manuel and Maldonado were amazing. In November I had a refrigerator delivered and the team took it back claiming that it could get through the door. The interaction left much to be desired. The refrigerator was taken back to the warehouse. I went back to the store and the representative Trinity confirmed the measurements and requested that the item be sent out with another delivery team at her suggestion .Manuel and Maldonado were very professional, knew how to retract the shipping brackets, got the refrigerator in the house and made me extremely happy. I would like the two agents to be acknowledged and appreciated by their company as well as Lowes for most outstanding customer service. Thank”

“I just left and there was a guy in the plumbing department named Bob that was amazing and super helpful. And when I was checking out there was this lady named Kendall and she was just amazing super nice and helpful and just a pleasant person. I hope Lowe's takes good care of these two rock stars that they have.”
