Shelia Thomas-402 West Jefferson St-Ville Platte Louisiana-70586-# (337) 336-9624… I bought flooring and had it installed, the men that installed my floors did an awesome job, but, helped my husband put my couch back in place, charged me like they moved all kinds of heavy duty furniture , but did not. That wasn’t good enough, Lowe’s FORGOT to order the surrounding of the floor, so I had to wait for that to come in. When it did arrive. There was another person that came and do that, did not do a good job because we’re still having trouble with that, it’s not sticking to the floor separating the floor and the carpet. That’s a big problem. If that’s not bad enough, we bought the warranty for the floor, had a little water damage and tried to use the warranty but was told if the installers didn’t cause it, we should go with our home insurance. And that’s not what we were told when we bought the warranty. We were told if we had any problems that you would see about. That was a LIE. Now I am not at all satisfied with you. And I’m seriously considering taking this Further. Sincerely, Shelia Thomas

PANAMA CITY BEACH FL DO NOT USE LOWES FOR HOME IMPROVEMENTS!!!! Purchased new carpet from Lowes and had them install. Lowes, however, contracts with an installation company who royally messed up the installation. Back and forth with Lowes to no avail. We finally told them we wanted our money back and they said they would come get the carpet (uninstall it lol) and charge us a restocking fee? Bwahahaha okkkkk, come uninstall carpet and sell to someone else? Niiiiiice. I post this to say keep on shopping because if u do run into issues with Lowes, there's nobody in a position to be able to fix it!! MULTIPLE no shows (after confirming apts) which should have been the first clue! So here we sit, brand new carpet not tacked down on the edges, and nothing we can do about it but hire others to come fix.

I should be thrilled about my new purchase, but instead, I'm feeling frustrated. I ordered an all-in-one LG washer/dryer for $2500 to replace my old stackable unit that's been with me for over ten years. I had to wait nearly two weeks just for the pedestal to arrive, which was inconvenient but manageable, so I accepted that. When I inquired about any additional items I might need, the representative said hoses, so I added those along with an extended warranty, which offers a nice 40% refund if there are no issues within three years. I took the day off work today to accommodate their delivery schedule, which was supposed to be between 8 am and 8 pm with a four-hour window given the night before. I received a notification that my items were on their way—great! However, when the delivery team arrived, they brought only the pedestal. They were completely unaware that the washer/dryer was supposed to be delivered with it. After calling Lowe’s, I learned that the appliance would come in a separate delivery. What a surprise! I waited again, but thankfully, the second truck arrived within 90 minutes. This time, the driver informed me that he couldn’t set it up because I didn’t have a water pan. A water pan? Seriously? Why wasn’t I informed about this requirement when I placed my order? I would have bought one! After several calls and long holds, I discovered that installation couldn’t proceed without the water pan. When I voiced my disappointment and frustration, the “helpful” woman on the line suggested I could cancel my order if I was unhappy. Believe me, I'm not happy. But canceling my order doesn’t solve anything since I need a washer/dryer. Despite my concerns, her solution was to schedule a service call for the water pan and to arrange for installation at a later date. That means I'll have to take another day off work. I truly regret choosing Lowe’s for this purchase. I highly do not recommend them.

I received my lowes ad today and notice you have to be a member to get the deals. I will not give out personal information to get a sales price. The company turns around and sells your personal information. I decided to call the store to make sure I was reading this correctly and the customer service guy told me yes you have to be a member to receive these deals. I told him he just lost a good customer and he replied back "that's ok with me".

No one answers the phone, spend hours waiting over multiple calls at different times and days, once I got someone, then they put me on hold, and after a half hour realized they weren’t coming bank. Crazy bad!!! Another time I got to talk to someone, and later found out after they put me hold they left for the day with me still on hold

Last Fall we bought two light-colored custom Levolor 3% Solar Shades for our condo in Florida. We have a large west facing wall of windows with rather brutal, late afternoon sun exposure. We went to the south Sarasota Lowe’s to discuss our needs with a knowledgeable salesperson. The person we needed to talk with (Valentina) was not in and we returned 4-5 times with no success. For various reasons were never able to talk with Valentina and I am not entirely sure “Valentina” was not a code for inexperienced personnel to have the customer return at another time. Finally, after several unsuccessful attempts we discussed our needs with the assistant manager and he recommended the 3% solar shade. Unfortunately, the 3% solar shades are wholly inadequate at filtering light in the late afternoon to the point watching TV is impossible due to the brightness of the sun. Also, in the late afternoon the temperature in the room close to the shades is 3-5 degrees warmer than the rest of the room. It states on the Levolor website “Solar fabrics block light, but not the view”. I contacted Levolor to verify we, in fact, have a 3% solar shade as the amount of heat inside the unit does not change when the shade is drawn. They were no help in verifying we have the correct shade. In addition to the solar shade issues, the Levolor Inmotion hub and app is unusable. With more than one shade it was impossible to set up.

Why is it Lowe's in Durant Oklahoma is so high on all their products compared to home Depot in Sherman Texas? 5 gallons of fuels paint at Lowe's in Durant is $209 the same exact paint at home Depot is$109 for one example toilet paper Charmin 24 rows $24.99 at Sherman why is everything so much higher in Durant? 2. So much easier to find what you need at home Depot and you can actually get a representative to help you unlike a Lowe's in Durant Oklahoma. Not saying I'll never shop there again but if I have my choice it will not be Lowe's. Just saying!!!!!

Clearly advertised free shipping on Mulch orders over $45. Would not honor and customer service was a complete joke. Any materials needed flipping houses are going across the street to Home Depot

I ordered 4 bar chairs, two of the chair came in perfect condition. The other two came in a box that looked like someone kicked it down the road. The box was ripped, dirty, and half of the top of the box was missing. I could reach in and touch the pieces! Not okay!

Special ordered French patio door with lag time 3 months, it arrives at Rapid City, SD store. We called to confirm door arrived undamaged, was told yes it is and staff do not accept if damaged. Drive time yo pick up merchandise is over an hour, we arrive to pick up item. Staff pull door to prepare to load up door for us, we notice door is damaged and has been jarred over threshold. I ask how is this acceptable for a $1,000 door? Then asked why would accept this from R&L Carrier? We rejected it and had them re-order door again, so we wait another 3 months. Even asked if they could sent message to manufacturer to pack door properly before shipping, was told no. So we will see how many times this will cost manufacturer in loss for damages to door.

Purchased a new washer and dryer. They wouldn’t install, or even just lay on the floor underneath, the drip pan we purchased. They are stackable yet they don’t carry cords with them that are different lengths and the cord wasn’t long enough. Completely useless. Delivery meant nothing more then them just dropping stuff off. Still can’t use until cord comes in that we got on Amazon. They don’t even stock the longer cord at Lowe’s. Will never buy from Lowe’s again. $2k spent and horrible, not knowledgeable delivery and service. Also had to call multiple phone numbers just to get to the right person, since they have a 3rd party deliver for them. It’s an experience we won’t forget and will pass on as aweful! Hermitage, PA store!

I ordered 3 bags of fertilizer and 2 bales of wheat straw. I received 5 bags of fertilizer. BUYER BEWARE, do not order home delivery - there seems to be a high level of incompetence in home delivery.

I understand why Lowes only has 1. Star. The on line ordering was horrid. 2 month wait for NOTHING. They failed miserably on our $3000 order and we are NOT happy. We will never shop at Lowes again.

Ordered a washer and dryer.... Been waiting2 weeks.. still no washer still no dryer. Store has no idea where it is.. maybe next truck .... Definitely not counting on lowes when I'm in a pinch.

Ordered a washer that was supposed to be delivered to the store in one week..... It's been over two.... Still waiting... Nobody knows... It's just floating out there somewhere.... Idk... Had no problems transferring my credit card.... That went through no problem....

Had a privacy fence installed in Spring Hill Florida 12 months ago and went out there to power wash it and found it coming apart. The top beams were cut too short an not fixed to the posts allowing the panels to shift. Called Lowe’s and they said it was out of warranty. SOS Lowes

Worst credit card ever. Even though you pay your balance on time, they still charge a $2.00 'minimum interest fee,' even if the purchase was under a 0% interest promotion. It’s not worth the hassle for a 5% discount. I’m closing my credit card today and will never visit this store again!

My husband, who was 79 at the time, fell in the garden center of Lowes in Titusville, Fl. He fell flat on his face, splitting his nose and requiring 5 stitches. He broke his dentures and bruised his knees and ankle. Nothing life threatening. He was taken to the hospital be ambulance. We were given a claim # to get compensation. We were only looking to get compensation for his teeth, the hospital co-pay and the ambulance charges. After a year of trying to deal with the company that handles Lowes claims, we were notified the case had been closed. My husband did not receive one penny of compensation. We contacted a personal injury attorney but too much time had passed. So basically we were screwed. My advice to anyone who has an injury at Lowes, contact a personal injury attorney IMMEDIATELY!!! Do NOT expect Lowes to take care of it. They will not! Just an FYI!
