Lowe’s Protection Plan customer service says they have 30 days to decide if they will replace your refrigerator or refund you partially on your purchase price. This in NOT in their terms of service they tell you they are going by. I have thoroughly read them. And the customer service can’t transfer you to the authorization department because they don’t have phone or email. You can only use the website to request a service call not speak to anyone or request a 300 refund on lost food.
