I was not told at the time of purchase that the delivery driver has a right to deny installation that I paid for. The delivery driver who is not a plumber stated my hook up switch was rusted when it had new copper pipes attached. They refused to install and left with washer. Then all the customer service reps kept telling me they placed a refund and lied because they didn't. Finally I was asked to contact the delivery number and they refused to send me a receipt of return. Everyone is deceitful and no one wants to take accountability. then it takes 10 business days to refund to my credit lowes credit card. Huh they had no problem charging my credit card at time of order and not delivery.
