Well I used to like coming to Lowe's but what I do not like at all is that as soon as you go to self check out some fool comes walking up and watches you like a hawk , I really do not like some fool breathing in my neck ,wtf

I'm trying to purchase flooring from Lowes. I imagine the flooring will cost over $1,000.00. I ask 3 people for help and no one could help me with flooring but all said they'd find someone to help. I waited over an hour, no one came to flooring, no help. I'm holding for the assistant manager, been holding for over 15 minutes. I'm trying to spend money with Lowes but they will not take it.

4/27 I ordered a microwave/convection at the local Lowes. I was told they would initiate the order after the installer came and measured to ensure it would fit, which was done on 4/29. On 5/15 the unit was installed but, upon testing, the door wouldn't close correctly and attempting to operate, caused a circuit breaker to blow. The installer reboxed the unit and said he would return it to store. The store would contact us about replacement. 5/20 Called Lowes Customer Service because I had not heard from anyone regarding status. The Associate did not have any information so gave me the number for Installation services. I called and they did not have any info. She said she would check and call me back. By 5/27 I had not heard from anyone so I call the Installers. The person I talked to could not tell me anything and said she would check and call me back shortly. 5/28 I did not receive a call back so called installers again. I was told it was returned to the store and transferred me to the store. The store said they had no record of receiving it. I texted the person who installed it. He apologized and said he would deliver it to the store the next morning. I told him I would check with the store in the afternoon to see what the next step was. On 5/30 I called Customer Service and was told it was received at 1:00 that day. On 5/31, after much thought, I decided to cancel the order and called Lowes. I was told it couldn't be canceled because it couldn't be verified that it was returned. Someone would call me Tuesday 6/3. On 6/3 there was no call, so, late afternoon, I called Customer Service and explained my situation to an Associate. He checked status and said the installation showed as cancelled but the order was still active. He said I would have to call the local store to cancel the order. When all this started, I called the Customer Service number indicated on the web site. During this whole process I was under the impression I was talking with local Customer Service. Installation and Customer Service had transferred me back and forth several times and no one ever mentioned I needed to “call the local store”. This Associate tried to connect me with the local store but we were disconnected. I found the local store number through a google search and called. The Associate checked on status and said labor was cancelled, but order wasn't. After reciting all the above events to her, she said she would get her boss. We got disconnected. I called back. Talked to another Associate. She said they were working on getting it cancelled and she would send me an email verification, which I received a week later. Meanwhile, I ordered one from Home Depot. It was delivered in less that a week and the delivery people were great.

Spent an hour looking for my tub another hour for the glass door . The people up front Rude as hell working for Lowes. Supposedly customer service. The tub was loaded they thought that was it still standing here waiting on shower door. I dont get paid standing around lowes waiting.. we arrived at 10:22 and its now 12:04. Still waiting.

Fence installation. If you want a fence and you get it installed through Lowe’s, order it a year in advance! Once you’re locked in to a contract you are stuck. My lumber was ordered May 12. All arrived by June 14th (ridiculous) delivery set up but then put on hold for contractor. Just notified installation will be Aug 19th. I’m assuming 2025 but can’t be certain. Should have listened to reviews. Please read them and believe them…wish I did.

I purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator on 06.14.25 at the Lowe’s in Pace, Florida. Today on 06.19.25 I found metal pieces to my ice maker along with the plastic pieces that are on the part. I was told that the refrigerator could only be returned for 48 hours. I spent $1799 on this refrigerator and am not happy. Lowes didn’t offer to do anything to make this right. They told me to call the manufacturer. This is unacceptable. Know before you purchase anything from Lowe’s. I was told had I gotten and purchased the refrigerator with a Lowe’s card I would have had 30 days to return. Wow! Unacceptable! I will never purchase anything from Lowe’s again.

I went to Lowes to purchase a water softener and have it installed. The website gave information that installation was available. I wasn't charged anything, but no information was given as to the approximate cost of installation or anything else. A plumbing company contracted by Lowes contacted me for an estimate. I was then told, by the plumbing company "they don't install any products from the store ". I showed him the website and he then told me installation is available in some states and nevada isn't one of them. Your website is very misleading! The store personal in las vegas are no help. They can't or won't give information or assistance.

Lowe’s has the worst customer service of any company. The employees are trained to let you know what they can’t do versus help. I started the process of ordering replacement doors in May. This should be a seamless process. They measured and the rest has been a nightmare. From being hung up on in customer service under the vise of a transfer to not being able to make contact with the salesperson Bobby Davenport who coordinated the order to my order being cancelled and told to wait 10 days to get my money refunded. This is absolutely unacceptable.

I purchased three toilets using the chat on Lowes.com and had them delivered. On May 30th I had them installed by a local plumber, but one was leaking as it has a hairline crack . I contacted Lowe’s and they stated they could not help me as the toilet is used on which I stated how could it be used when it’s been leaking since we’ve had it installed. They said they would not take it back because they considered it used. I told them I’ve already paid for that $209 for the toilet along with $275 for the installation through a plumber and will now have to pay the $275 again when I get another toilet. They never even offered to reimburse me for the install nor the faulty toilet . I not only called costumer service but chatted with them also and have the chats saved. Horrible experience. I would and will NEVER purchase anything through Lowe’s.

I want to give 10 stars 🌟 to two amazing employees. I had a problem with a fan that I purchased at Lowe's. Angela and Bonnie. I hope I have her name correct she was at the return desk on Saturday afternoon. They both put the fan that I bought together for me. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service there's not too many employees would go out of their way to satisfy their customer. thanks again Lowe's for the excellent service

Saturday June 14th at 1:45 waited in paint section for 15 minutes . Hit the button to get assistance and no one came . As I was walking out the door 8 employees were hanging around the customer service desk .

Their delivery truck is almost as big as a 20 foot container. Came to my driveway for delivering a freezer, damaged my road and hit the back light of my truck, which has to be replaced now. The delivery truck took off without telling me.

I just want to say first to ladies at the Lowe’s Flower Department (area) at the Baltimore National Pike store location just helping me with picking out the Marble Stones and the Ted Design Bricks and the Red Dragon flowers then I went to the area where I brought ALREADY CEMENT MIX it ready works !!! I needed all these material to complete a grave finish for my mom. I travel me and my husband to Sanford North Carolina to the cemetery to make my mom‘s grave site beautiful-thanks EVERYONE IN THESE DEPARTMENTS FOR AN JOB SELL DONE Truly Thank you from the Tammy and Michael Mercer-Webb Family

Because I can’t give 0. I just wanted to return a flapper. I opened the package and closed it after realizing that it was the wrong size. The package was wet, because it was raining heavily. I was told that a wet package is a bio hazard! Are you kidding me. You just list a loyal customer over 10$. Home Depot - here I come!

Placed an online order April 27th checked on order May 15th. Lowes canceled nobody could tell me why so reordered it May 31st went online to check order and canceled again no call, no email nothing. talked to customer service again and knows nothing.

The only reason I gave Lowe's two stars is because they do have a wide variety of products so I can purchase many items across the building Spectrum at one location. Their customer service however is sorely lacking. If you look online they have horrible customer service reviews and that was my experience as well. You would think that a company this large would put more emphasis on customer service. It isn't that they don't have a lot of Associates, they do! However in my experience for example, there were hardly any customer service Associates in the aisles to assist Shoppers in locating what it is they needed. The associates don't even really need to have much firsthand knowledge about what would be the best in terms of Plumbing or electrical or whatever. They just need to be able to direct customers where the item might be that they are looking for. Instead we found a group of at least eight women in their little vests up front gossiping by the checkout area. They weren't operating a check out, in fact the check out at the rear of the store only had one lady with a line 10 people long trying to check people out. Come on Lowe's. You can do better than this

Received a promotion in the app for free same-day delivery, but the order was placed without the promo. Called customer service, spoke with a rude and unhelpful agent who wasted 45 mins of my time before transferring me to his equally rude and unprofessional supervisor. I had a legit promo offer and both guys implied I was somehow being dishonest. I explained in detail what happened and told them I had screenshots as proof and would happily share with them, but they said I should try taking the screenshots to my local store to see if maybe they could do something to help. I was patient and respectful the entire time despite how I was treated, and the supervisor still hung up on me when I was mid-sentence. What kind of a call center supervisor hangs up on a calm, respectful customer after they've been on hold for more than 30 minutes? Maybe if I was being belligerent or abusive but I was simply stating my position and I guess he couldn't handle it. I've been a loyal Lowes customer for almost 20 years but after this experience I will never shop there again.

Well, I thought I had already written a review. Maybe that goes to a different site?? I had an amazing experience at the Lowe’s store in my town that I live in. Bob was amazing. He was so kind and funny made me feel super comfortable about my order. I received several text saying between 10 and 2 PM on Sunday. I would have my delivery and that was true. They showed up at 1:30 PM. There was two men in black hoodies and I’m a single woman and it terrified me. I mean, I hate the stigma of people that wear black hoodies, but it scared me nonetheless. Neither of the two men considered shutting my door, so I made sure that I would shut it behind them. Only one of the delivery guys spoke somewhat English the other one I’m assuming did not because he did not turn his head once he literally refused to look at me or acknowledge me as a homeowner, and that made me even more on edge. To where I was on the phone with one of my male friends and I said I don’t feel comfortable. I don’t like this guy he scares me. They took out my old appliances and they hooked up my new appliances again very minimal communication as they either spoke Ukrainian or Russian, and I just felt lost in the process and disrespected. I don’t think I will ever ever order anything again that has to be delivered and if I do, I’m gonna make sure I know that they speak English and that they’re kind and considerate.

Yesterday at the Lowe's in Hampton Va a cashier named Deanna was working at the register in the garden section. Apparently she did not want to work outside and said outloud several times to anyone who would listen that she is allergic to being outside. She also complained about needing gloves to touch the product as she scanned it because she didn't want to get dirty. Her frustration became toxic as she was rude, inconsiderate, and lacked great customer service. Her attitude was completely disrespectful as she took her frustration out on customers. People do not deserve to be mistreated by employees who are unhappy with their jobs. It's like spending hard earned money just to be treated badly. I do not recommend anyone to stand in her line. She will always be unhappy with her job at Lowe's, no matter where she is assigned.
