Lowest Lowe’s Protection Plan would not replace a defect door on my freezer. It is still functional is their reason. The door is defective and going to fail. Likely after the warranty has expired. Very unreasonable.

Recently (2/19/25) purchased Duel Fuel Range, mini beverage fridge and a top end microwave from Lowe's (Purchased Online). They were all delivered and now installed in our new house. (good news) I had done a lot of research on the items with several retailers, but decided to purchase from Lowe's because of the protection plans available on the appliances and being a member of their Rewards Program to earn points for other items we will be needing. All was going well until I (3 different times) requested where my rewards points were for the OVER $7,000.00 purchase as they were not showing up. Got the "run around" from the local store location and was told to contact the 1-800 customer (no) service center. I was frustrated, but polite even though was on hold multiple times, then disconnected, called back (45 minutes of my life I'll never get back)... UGH! Final result... NO POINTS! Somewhere in fine print that I've never seen, apparently you do not get points for "Special Order" items?????? Free standing stove, Small beverage fridge and a top of the line Microwave!!! All advertised online, nothing mentioning Rewards Ineligible, no mention of these details even after dropping $7 Grand with Lowe's in one purchase, not even Half points offered... no customer service relief...Nothing-Nada-Zero! Well, that's what Lowe's will get from me from now on...Nothing-Nada-Zero, I'll take my and everyone who will listen business, purchases elsewhere. THE LOWE'S REWARD PROGRAM IS A JOKE!!!

On May 09, 2025 I placed an Online order , #300901130250579277 lowes website shows tracking information " Preparing Your Order" only problem is, this is same information throughout the week, their online tracking is worst, when I call their 7327 NORTH CLIFF AVENUE, Brooklyn, OH, 44144 (216) 351-4723 location, I feel like I'm bothering them, they put on hold, they say call back later they have no computer available, then when I call back they are reading same Information I see in the computer, they don't offer any help, Lowes has no concept of customer service. I will canceling this online order, will never purchase anything on their online website and will think twice about going to their store.

I purchased a refrigerator from Lowes at Tudor Road in Anchorage, AK. We wanted something immediately and spent over an hour researching with the sales agent different brands that were in stock. We choose one and he said it would be delivered 5/5/2025 before 12:30 pm. I took off work and at 1:00 pm I called because no one showed up. Only to be told that what I purchased and was showing as in stock is out of stock until July 2025. No one called or texted me. I wasted an entire day of my life that I cannot ever get back. The incompetence of Lowes and its employees cost me a day’s wages. I cancelled the order and will buy from Costco.

Lowes is the worse experience I have ever had. The delivery guys treated us with no respect at all. After four days of trying to get a refrigerator, I will NEVER deal with this company again. From sales to management nothing but misinformation. And they made it clear they don't care anything about their customers.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Tony at store #1053 in Pasadena, TX. I made an online purchase that required assembly. Tony went above and beyond to assist me in making that happen. He even helped me with unloading and loading my new item. He works in appliances so whenever I need a new appliance I will for sure ask for Tony. He deserves a raise and is a definite asset to your company. I hope this gets into the right hands so he can be recognized for his outstanding work ethic.

I placed an order May 4, every day for 5days Lowe's confirmed delivery will be Saturday May 10 The night before changed delivery to 4 days later. No apology no way to contact them

I was recently waited on several times by Yolanda at the FRONT check out (self service). Yolanda was AWESOME and did a great job helping me and assisting me with my purchase(s). I think the store on Hinkleville Road, Paducah, KY should let Yolanda know that she goes "above and beyond" to help customers out! Larry Edwards Paducah, KY

Bought some items and paid cash Went to return a few items but didn’t have my receipt They refused to even give me an in store credit for them I will no longer buy anything from lowes again Home depot never gave me this problem

Today we met Travis Marcus at the Lowe's in Madison. He is knowledgeable and provides great customer service. I would love to see him receive a great promotion for his almost 10 years of service with Lowes. I hope the corporate office and gives him a great bonus.

A senior wanted a clearance item for 1327.00. No delivery and had to take it them. Wow very poor service. He is also a veteran. Manager on duty wouldn't come out. Wasted an hour.

I picked up 15 bags of Sta Green mulch black on sale model 15500055 on May 1 at Lowes sussex co rohoboth beach store in Delaware and as i was laying it down their were huge pieces of wood, pieces of plastic and tin with also look like i am a dog bone. This is not Premium Mulch. I am a My Lowes customer and not happy about this. Got one star for the guys at loaded it. Great Job!

We bought two different products in the past two weeks that require either picking up and delivering. Each time the workers who were handling this have hissy fits about having to help lifting or aiding in the process. We used to buy only from Lowe’s because of the customer service and pricing. We even got a credit card with them because we shopped with them so much. After this recent experience, I think we’re done with them. Boardman Ohio Lowe’s has some serious issues with their customer service.

I got one of the worst experience with one of the pro member called Amber on April 29th 7:53 PM EST she keep on telling me to go to the front desk for self check out. I was already holding heavy items in my hand in the pro desk and she was not helpful at all. I feel this is the worst experience which I have Lowe’s should take this serious and review this

What's with Lowe's credit card? I seldom use mine, in fact this was the first time I have used it since they changed to Synchrony Bank. I had a $32.07 charge for some plants and turpentine and the bill came in with an additional $1.99 charge for a 'Paper Statement Fee'. I know from some of the news stories about Lowe's they are having financial difficulties but I won't be using their card or shopping there again. Can you say Home Depot?

Went to Lowe’s to pickup pipe and fittings for a simple project. Carts are a huge problem had to go to the parking lot to look for one. There should be enough carts for building supplies can’t buy material without a cart. The next issue was we needed 1/2” common fittings and found empty shelf and no boxes. We left the store and went to Home Depot carts for construction material were plentiful and very convenient to get. They had plenty of fittings

On a Thursday I ordered two 24x24* 40 boxes. I I needed to ship out by Saturday night. It said it would arrive Saturday. I noticed the tracking and it still wasn't shipped and I just received notice stating it was just shipped which is Saturday night and I won't be here until Tuesday now. I will be getting a bad review from a customer

One of the worst stores when it comes to customer service. I was working in my yard today and made a few trips to Lowe’s to buy mulch. Around 6:30 PM, I went for my final trip to purchase 12 bags. I asked the cashier if the loader is still there, and she assured me that help was available. When I asked the loader for help, he responded, “Why are you here? We’re closed.” I was shocked—it wasn’t even closing time. I told him the cashier lady told me you guys are available and will be able to load the mulch. When I pointed that out, he shrugged and said, “Oh well, we’re very busy.” then he told me to go over there and wait. I waited for more then 15 minutes and nobody came to help. I was so frustrated that I chose not to go through with the purchase. I went to Home Depot instead. Their customer service was excellent—they were more than happy to load the mulch into my car. I won’t be shopping at this Lowe’s again, and I’d recommend others go to Home Depot instead

Ridiculous. If I could give it a half a star, I would give it a half wit they sent. My dishwasher is still halfway out. It’s been six weeks. Very disappointed don’t waste your money.
