Ordered concrete repair and was shipped by FedEx checked FedEx and it was damaged in delivery. Contacted customer support believe it was someone in India I chatted with he stated he will have it sent out again today I received the wrong order called customer service and was told that in order to get a refund I had to ship back through FedEx. I will never order or go to Lowe's ever again.

I’ll preface by stating that the five Lowe’s employees (STORE #1883) whom I had contact with were beyond phenomenal! On 4/30/25, I purchased an electric dryer, and, unfortunately, I can’t recall the name of the employee who serviced me (maybe Rory, Cory, or something similar). I received a damaged dryer, and on 5/22/25, I went to the store and a manager, Tylor, attended to me regarding this issue. On 5/29/25, I went to the store again with new concerns/issues. On this date, I was serviced by Dan, in the appliance department, and in Customer Service, Judy (an associate), and Nick (a manager) attended to me. In general, I had a very complicated situation that was also very time consuming. That said, all the employees who assisted me initially and throughout, were beyond outstanding. They all took their time, giving attention to every minute detail; addressed all of my questions/concerns; worked steadfastly until my issues/problems were resolved; and were extremely professional, personable, persistent and patient! All the associates and managers with whom I came in contact were/are exemplary employees, and Lowe’s should be honored to have employees of this caliber!!! KUDOS to all of you!!! I was not told at the time of purchase that the delivery driver has a right to deny installation that I paid for. The delivery driver who is not a plumber stated my hook up switch was rusted when it had new copper pipes attached. They refused to install and left with washer. Then all the customer service reps kept telling me they placed a refund and lied because they didn't. Finally I was asked to contact the delivery number and they refused to send me a receipt of return. Everyone is deceitful and no one wants to take accountability. then it takes 10 business days to refund to my credit lowes credit card. Huh they had no problem charging my credit card at time of order and not delivery.

DO NOT BUY anything from Lowe’s that requires delivery. I ordered a clothes dryer and it arrived broken. I told the delivery team to take it back immediately. Then I contacted Lowe’s fulfillment center to cancel the order and request a refund. Days went by—nothing. I called Lowe’s customer service to file a complaint, and all they did was forward the issue back to the same unresponsive fulfillment center I had already dealt with. No accountability, no resolution. In the meantime, I bought a dryer from Home Depot. Their delivery was flawless—on time, professional, and the appliance worked perfectly out of the box. Lowe’s was a complete disaster from start to finish. Disorganized, unresponsive, and frustrating. I’ll never buy another large item from Lowe’s again. Buyer beware.

Terrible company. I ordered 2 hanging planters delivered and 1 arrived with no hardware. After an hour on chat I was told to send order back at my expense and they would replace it. I will never shop at Lowe's again.

Lowe’s Protection Plan customer service says they have 30 days to decide if they will replace your refrigerator or refund you partially on your purchase price. This in NOT in their terms of service they tell you they are going by. I have thoroughly read them. And the customer service can’t transfer you to the authorization department because they don’t have phone or email. You can only use the website to request a service call not speak to anyone or request a 300 refund on lost food.

The journey that commenced as a hopeful investment opportunity took a sharp turn towards devastation, resulting in a loss of $97,100. There's a guy in the Plumbing dept. of Lowes, Morris Plains named Tony. He's the nicest, friendliest most knowledgeable Plumbing person I have ever met. Tony has helped me several times in the past 12 months and saved me lots of money. He doesn't make you feel stupid if you happen to ask a dumb question. Tony, happily answers all questions, dumb ones as well. He's always in a good mood. He deserves a raise, and Lowe's better not let him ever go. Also, yesterday my wife and I took delivery on an LG refrigerator. The 2 delivery guys were in and out in 30 minutes. They were very neat, friendly and quick. Fantastic experience. And no, I'm not a Lowes employee.

Carpet install was terrible leaving a 1 foot wide patchy strip in the middle of the room. All atttempts to get installed to repair have been futile as the installers agree it’s bad, (getting them to come inspect took weeks then weeks more to get a schedules re-install) but then lost the carpet they reordered so they couldn’t make the re-installation. They have failed to be responsive to calls, ghosted us on calls, and were late for appointments without calls. Now we’re working on a full refund of our flooring because they just can’t get the installer to do their job. Horrible service from the installer . Never buy carpet from Lowe’s.

I came in to purchase a 48" x 80" bronze screen door. Chris at your Carlsbad location had no idea how to do that,since you did not have it in stock. I went to home depot and got what I needed right off the shelf. I'm very disappointed in your quality of workers and your available of products. It's no wonder you are behind home depot.

I shop at the Lowe's in Ventura frequently and I have had nothing but amazing service. Your team at the pickup and registers are amazing Zach always greets me asks if I was being helped hes an amazing person. And then the trio of Rosemarie, Suki and Michele go above and beyond everytime I go pickup my order. I was in retail for 31yrs and know how to treat customers. And these young ladies arr a huge asset to the Lowe's team. continued success Ventura location you all rock.

Very very worse service was on hold 41 minutes then talked to lowes customer service then she transferred me to different phone number and this time I was on hold for 43 minutes got prove on phone still no answer for warranty service on whirlpool double door refrigerator they are the worst

Heads up for all customers that buy a Blackstone grill. Purchased 36" on 05/16/25 and Lowes put it together. Picked up grill on 05/17/25 employees helped load it and I had straps to secure it in the back of a pick up truck. Unknown to us these grills hoods are not bolted on, unlike any other grill we have had. On the journey home the lid came off and was damaged, went back to the store and of course they are not responsible. So remember if you don't put it together yourself you would not know this. I do hope the supervisor instructs her employees the importance of securing the lid. I hope this helps other customers from the same experience and the extra expense of replacing the hood. I went to Lowe’s Bend, OR last Sunday 5/11/25 to purchase a large flatbed of goods. We ran into Jim in the electrical department, and he was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. He then introduced us to Gene, who helped secure me a very nice and appreciated discount. Gene was also stellar, right up there with Jim. The “Jim and Gene Show” as we referred to them, were absolutely top notch. My bf suggested we do all our shopping on Sundays so we can have this awesome duo wait on us! Thank you for adding to a happy Mother’s Day, Jim and Gene!

Lowest Lowe’s Protection Plan would not replace a defect door on my freezer. It is still functional is their reason. The door is defective and going to fail. Likely after the warranty has expired. Very unreasonable.

Recently (2/19/25) purchased Duel Fuel Range, mini beverage fridge and a top end microwave from Lowe's (Purchased Online). They were all delivered and now installed in our new house. (good news) I had done a lot of research on the items with several retailers, but decided to purchase from Lowe's because of the protection plans available on the appliances and being a member of their Rewards Program to earn points for other items we will be needing. All was going well until I (3 different times) requested where my rewards points were for the OVER $7,000.00 purchase as they were not showing up. Got the "run around" from the local store location and was told to contact the 1-800 customer (no) service center. I was frustrated, but polite even though was on hold multiple times, then disconnected, called back (45 minutes of my life I'll never get back)... UGH! Final result... NO POINTS! Somewhere in fine print that I've never seen, apparently you do not get points for "Special Order" items?????? Free standing stove, Small beverage fridge and a top of the line Microwave!!! All advertised online, nothing mentioning Rewards Ineligible, no mention of these details even after dropping $7 Grand with Lowe's in one purchase, not even Half points offered... no customer service relief...Nothing-Nada-Zero! Well, that's what Lowe's will get from me from now on...Nothing-Nada-Zero, I'll take my and everyone who will listen business, purchases elsewhere. THE LOWE'S REWARD PROGRAM IS A JOKE!!!

On May 09, 2025 I placed an Online order , #300901130250579277 lowes website shows tracking information " Preparing Your Order" only problem is, this is same information throughout the week, their online tracking is worst, when I call their 7327 NORTH CLIFF AVENUE, Brooklyn, OH, 44144 (216) 351-4723 location, I feel like I'm bothering them, they put on hold, they say call back later they have no computer available, then when I call back they are reading same Information I see in the computer, they don't offer any help, Lowes has no concept of customer service. I will canceling this online order, will never purchase anything on their online website and will think twice about going to their store.
