I purchased a water heater from Lowe's. The installer was efficient and pleasant, the help desk was very pleasant though it took several calles to get helped.
However, the price charged was roughly four times the price quoted. They charged $300 for a valve they sell in the store for about $35, for example, and many other vastly overpriced "Misc" items. I consider their inflated charged to be borderline fraudulent and would strongly encourage you NOT to do business with them.
