I bought a microwave in Nov 2022 but unable to install it, so the delivery guy took it back and I requested a refund then but it’s been almost 6 months but until now I haven’t received my refund. I called multiple times and kept telling me they will work on giving my refund but I don’t know if I will ever get my refund. Lowes owes me delivery fee, installation, tax, warranty and the cost of the microwave which $500+.
Pls pls pls, Lowes in San Bruno,Ca attention Mr Fred at appliance department, send my refund ASAP..
