By exhibiting true customer service through a manager (Francine Howard )when I was dealing with a sultry employee. She stepped right up and did the right thing even as the other employee was, not only, disrespecting her but being rude to me. The restraint I saw in Ms. Howard was a breath of fresh air in todays world. Perhaps I should suggest someone rush out right now to get a sweater to place around her shoulders so she never misses a day of work. She is a trues gemstone for your company. Keep Her!!!!!
