I am so done with Lowes and unless something changes I’ll never shop at Lowe’s again!!
On September 19 I went into the Lowe’s on boulder highway in Henderson Nevada, store number 1537, I ordered carpet with Monique and was told it would take 7 to 10 days for delivery. Well, the carpet finally arrived on October 16, almost a month after my order and it was the wrong carpet. I called Monique and informed her and she began her phone calls to find out what happened. On the 18th I called Lowe’s and spoke with a lady as Monique wasn’t in and all she could do was blame my sales person. As I explained to her once the wrong carpet showed up, it was no longer my sales persons problem but Lowes problem. I asked her to talk the manager and of course he wasn’t in. I asked her to have him call me that day, she never gave him the message!! A week later I spoke with Monique and the manager called me that day. All the calls I made to Lowe’s to Lowe’s installation all were blaming my sales person. My sales person made the order Lowe’s messed up the order and sent the wrong carpet. Here I am on October 31 still with no carpet and supposedly it will come in on November 3, this is a heck of a lot longer than 7 to 10 days for the carpet to be delivered!! My house has been torn apart since the 16th as I was ready for carpet to be installed. I paid good money for this carpet and I have waited way longer than I was supposed to , so far the only person that has reached out to me to take care of this problem has been Monique, my sales lady.
