I have tried for 2 weeks to get my order # to get a return label for damaged items. You wait for an hour in the chat. #2 in line and they disconnect you. Phoneline you're on hold for 30 minutes and they leave 3 messages and no reception.
Billings Lowe's doesn't answer the phone at 5pm. Dented refrigerator etc.
I will never order from Lowe's again.
