You’d think you could order a door there, right? No, you can’t. They don’t seem to have what it takes to tell their vendor what the dimensions, WHICH WERE PROVIDED TO THEM BY THE ACTUAL INSTALLER, are and place an order. I was on my THIRD reorder when I finally decided to just cancel it and get it somewhere else. I can’t imagine how much revenue a company like this loses because of such incompetence. How DO they stay in business?
