I bought a washer/dryer set from Lowe,s. The sales girl was great. I chose to have Lowes deliver and install and remove my old set. I bought everything they said I had to to get them installed. The installers didn’t know what they were doing, left all the boxing in my front yard and left without installing either. I had to call a plumber, spend more money.
Worst experience I have ever had with purchasing a new appliance. I will not be doing business with Lowes anymore.
Very unhappy customer!
