I made a $4000 appliance purchase in 2022. The system on my account shows no record of the purchase even though I have the receipt showing the complete transaction. Fortunately, the protection plan was able to bring up my purchase (go figure) so I could file a claim on a broken ice maker.
When I tried to add the transaction to the "system" with the help of an associate, I was unable to do so, since it only allowed transactions that occurred 3 months earlier. Buyer beware!
