For two months they kept me hanging with promises of new countertops. But as Lowe's works with Inland Countertops and Cosentino, Anaheim, they can hardly keep tabs of their own staff let alone of others. They simply dropped me, waiting for Inland Countertops to deign contact me and start the project. I have never encountered such a situation when a business completely ignores your requests and does not even inform you to go contact someone else for your needs.
I simply have no words for such flakiness.
