Went to lowes to purchase garden hose and nozzle. I got in line at the check out and the cashier cut the light off and informed me I would have to use self checkout. I ask for a manager and she just walked away.
At that point I placed the items I had in my buggy on the floor and left the store.
Lowes in Rock hill, SC is absolutely pitiful. Absolutely no customer service. I think if people would start boycotting these sorry a** places they may improve.
