Your customer service is horrible. I was looking to purchase weed killer, insect killer, lawn bags and Glade fragrance. The total cost is $60.00.
When I approached the register they were all self-service. I don't know how to use the register, I needed help and not one employee was around for my questions.
I had to leave the products in the cart and leave. Lowe's, you lost $60.00 from me a regular customer with a credit card. Well, make that, former customer.
