I am torn to leave this review because I frequent Lowe’s in Athens, GA on the regular. Today I was sent in for items I’m not familiar to but had a list AND pictures. I won’t go into great detail but suffice it to say I went to 3 different departments and received the exact same treatment. I was dismissed, pointed in a general direction to walk when asked where an item was located. Zero effort. I mean nothing. We’re in the middle of a full basement remodel and I am now considering driving to Home Depot. (Btw, trips to town are long 50+miles). A wasted trip & extremely disappointed in the lack of assistance. Even the self check out was aggravated. I did receive service @ the Pro Care desk. Kent was helpful and followed up as I was leaving. (Yea, I loaded my own ply wood, not a huge deal but I’m not in construction💪) Here’s to Kent @ Lowe’s on Lexington Rd. The rest of the team, not so much.
