We paid for fencing installation on February 1, 2024 and signed the contract end of January 2024. Since then there have been 4 different contractors involved. We were given a start date of the second week of March 2024. As of may 1, 2024 we haven’t received fencing materials, fencing installation or actually been given a date that a fence will be installed. We have called the corporate customer service number, installation support, the sales person, multiple contractor companies, the store delivery dept and asked for a callback from the store manager. We haven’t received a callback from anyone that can help with cancelling our order. I did receive a simple text from the sales person saying we have to give up 20 percent for product restocking (even though we haven’t received anything). Next step is contacting an attorney and going through further social media channels if I can’t get resolution. This is not the way to treat a good customer.
