Lowes isn't what it used to be.
Hard to find help in store and most employees have zero idea how to help.
Lowes credit card "services" give little to no info or in my case WRONG info to help manage statements.
In the last 2.5 years I've shopped with 4 Lowes stores, 2 in western NC and 2 in piedmont NC. I've had awful experiences at all of them. Damaged equipment, rude customer service, not refunding returns to account. I would rather go out of my way than to ever shop with Lowes again.
