This is my second time in 9 years trying to do business with lowes.
I purchased a refrigerator and was told they'd call to schedule a pickup. In stead I get an email with a 10 hour window. Tried to narrowing the window for work reasons. I was told that's the policy. I guess they forgot to tell the sells team. No respect for working people. Order was canceled
