The worst customer experience ever. I ordered the wrong size refrigerator, that is on me. However, exchanging it has been a nightmare. I was told at delivery, that someone would call me to schedule the pickup of the new but wrong refrigerator. I called Lowes the next day to work out the details and was old someone would call me. 48 hours later, that didn't happen. I went in a chat with Lowes to try again a different way. They gave me a customer service # and they sent an email to the manager. I was again promised a call, and again that didn't happen. I called the customer service # again and they apologized and sent another email to the manage and I was "promised" a call this time. Nope. Then I received a call from a store associate to confirm my pick up. Why they can't exchange it all at once, I don't know, but fine, lets get a return scheduled. We did, but they showed up a day early when I wasn't there. They called and I told them it was scheduled for the next day, of course the driver couldn't do anything. Today is the day of the install and I called to see what my time window is. Turns out it is now scheduled for Sunday. What? How? I'm furious. I will NEVER order an appliance from Lowes again and will tell everyone of my experience. It will be two weeks without a refrigerator since the new one was not even put together. This is awful.
