Purchased a new washer and dryer. They wouldn’t install, or even just lay on the floor underneath, the drip pan we purchased. They are stackable yet they don’t carry cords with them that are different lengths and the cord wasn’t long enough. Completely useless. Delivery meant nothing more then them just dropping stuff off. Still can’t use until cord comes in that we got on Amazon. They don’t even stock the longer cord at Lowe’s. Will never buy from Lowe’s again. $2k spent and horrible, not knowledgeable delivery and service. Also had to call multiple phone numbers just to get to the right person, since they have a 3rd party deliver for them. It’s an experience we won’t forget and will pass on as aweful!
