I bought an extended warranty on a refrigerator from Lowe's, and I had a repair done under it. What I need is pretty simple: a copy of the diagnosis and repair for the work done by the service provider. Lowe's says they have the information, but can onlyl read it to me over the phone; they have no way to send it to me. Call the service provider. The service provider says only Lowe's can give me the information. Tried for HOURS to get real human being at Lowe's, and when I finally reached them, absolutely worthless: "We can't do it." "Well, who can?" "We don't know."
