I ordered Miracle Grow Planting and Transplant Solution online from Lowe's. The website let me choose a delivery date. The box with my order arrived 2 days earlier than the date I selected. Okay, no big deal. I opened the box and found a bottle of Soft Scrub cleaner 🙄. I contacted Lowe's via telephone and on their online "chat". A reputable company would have apologized and sent the correct item or offered a refund. But no ..... I was told by customer service that I could ship it back for a refund or go to a Lowe's store to exchange it. I ordered online for the convenience. I do not want to stand in line at the post office to ship a bottle of Soft Scrub. I don't want to drive to Lowe's and stand in line to exchange a bottle of Soft Scrub. It was Lowe's error, not mine!! TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will NEVER shop online or in store at Lowe's again.
