I ordered a HDMI cable from Lowe’s and they emailed that the order was ready in a locker at about 8 pm. The next morning about 8:30 I went to pick up and when I entered the QR code, the screen said it was picked up. After waiting about 20 minutes for someone to help me, the two store associates didn’t have a clue. I was told I picked up the order 10 minutes after being placed in locker, I live 15 minutes away from the store. I was told there was nothing they could do. When I called Lowe’s customer care I was told that I had to have the store handle the issue. Worst customer service anywhere. If you live in Cicero, NY I would suggest you shop elsewhere. If you live anywhere else I would also suggest you shop elsewhere.
