I saw a bag that I had been eyeing at a discounted price on Lozuri. I was very hesitant to purchase at first as there haven’t been many reviews on social media nor friends who have purchased in the past. I believe this company is fairly new (2022?) so perhaps that’s why I haven’t heard much feedback. However, the customer service was exceptional and both Annaly and Rob answered all my questions and even sent requested photos of the bag before it was delivered from Spain. The item arrived in new, excellent condition and through DHL delivery I was able to track the item which arrived in a timely manner and required a signature. The only concern was the short window period we have to return the item as well as the restocking fee. Overall it was a great experience and I will consider purchasing again for future luxury items.
