The process involves requesting a return label via email, which can be time-consuming. In my case, they expedited the label due to a family emergency that required me to leave town urgently. However, the overall lack of an easy and seamless process, coupled with delayed customer service responses, makes me inclined to explore other shopping options in the future. Update: Lozuri was extremely helpful when expediting the label and also processing my refund. I had a family emergency and the lady who handled my chat sent me a label the same day! I will say that they expedited my payment quickly and even sent me a copy of the confirmation!!
