I would have given it five stars, but I didn’t do it because I had to place the same order three times. Customer service told me it was an issue with the system..customer service was great, shut out for Annaly Baydo she helped me till the end. Once everything sorted out they shipped out my purse. Shipping was very fast…my purse was beautiful the same way I saw it online…
