I really liked the site and customer service, but am frustrated by the size chart helper. I put in my size in Nike as an 8 and it told me my size was a 39, which they were too big and now sold out of correct size. Now I have to pay a restock fee, but I was just going off of the size calculator on site, so a little frustrated.
