This was my first time shopping at Lozuri. We live in a world saturated by many forms of fraud, thus I am very cautious about at where I make purchases. It was nerve wrecking on my end to purchase two fairly expensive items from the store that I have not heard of to say the least. The customer service personnel was very thorough answering my questions and caring. I would shop at Lozuri again in the future when I find the item I want at the best price. Thank you Lozuri! I love my bags. :)
