UPDATE:
CEO reached out and was able to resolve the issue for me after loads of emails between customer service. I received a full refund for the bag, I would hesitate to buy something again due to lack of trust because they require you to have a security band on the product when you return it but my product came without the secure band— but they did refund me fully for it.
Although my experience was not the best, depending on how great the deal is, I might purchase with this store again!! (Also, the deal I had gotten was GREAT, just wish the bag was in new condition but that was not Lpzuri fault, but instead the fault of the store that sent it.)
Ordered a loewe puzzle bag, it came with a foul odor and defects on the bag. There are marks and the leather is torn in one area. Sent pictures etc IMMEDIATELY after opening. They spent 5 days trying to get “QA” photos and then said if the bag doesn’t have a security tag they can’t take it. The bag came WITHOUT a security tag but that sure is a sneaky and easy way to ensure you do fraud with your customer. We are a week into this issue with no resolve. At this point in fine with even an exchange. I don’t WANT a $2500 bag with defects and a smell. It CAME WITHOUT A SECUOTRY TAG. How is that my fault?? Take your business to suit negozi or spinnaker. They’re WAY better.
