I ended up going to the delivery company’s office to pick up the package to avoid another missed delivery. The item was in perfect condition and in the Bottega dust bag. The belt was not in a Bottega box but the item was in brand new condition. It was well packaged to ensure safe travels. I would recommend Lozuri as a safe company to purchase luxury items from.
