LSH is very very poor. They never respect their customers. I booked a service for my car at 11：30am. I arrived at 11：15. The reception asked me to wait and told me some one will be with me shortly. After 30 minutes waiting there's still no one came to me. I return to the reception and finally got someone came to collect my keys at 11：55. I was told it would took 2-3 hours for the car service to be completed. I waited until nearly 3：15pm. I went to the reception and checked for a few time.The manager came to me and said the delay due to They thought I came late than the appointment! I explained I came 15 minutes earlier than my appointment! The manager said oh I didn't realize that! My car wasn't ready atfter my almost 5 hours waiting! The car brand is good， Please minder the dealer！
