Bought a bracelet as an eighteenth present. It has arrived and is faulty. I had an email stating somebody would be in contact within 24 hours and that was one week ago. I have since emailed again to which no response. Sorely disappointed in this customer service. And now stuck in a position where I do not have a present as I'm not willing to give a faulty bracelet as a gift.
Expecting somebody to respond at some point to refund the bracelet before I take this further.
