Ordered a dress, shirt and baby shirt for delivery by 17 April. Was confirmed 4 times that I would receive it. 4 days before they informed they made an error with baby shirt and would not be delivering until after the 17th. Informed them that I don’t need it after the 17th so please refund my money. Requested refund for over a month during which I was told refund was coming because there was a “process”. A process for their own error? Money has not been returned, product has not been received. Thieves with the poorest service.
