“They scammed me,I ordered a dress from them which at the time I was told they have designed same dresses before. I was told to pay R3600 which I paid in full,but the dress looked nothing like the one I requested. So I chose the other option I was given by the branch manager which also belonged to a certain designer in KZN,again I asked have you done this before they said yes.i made a decision to go with the design they are familiar with which belonged to LufiD,however the price is R2000 lesser. It took them a whole week to deliver and when I went to collect I was given a price of R3200 which the owner never mentioned during our conversations. They are scammers.”
“I ordered 2 dresses on 31st May,to date I still have not received my dresses.On 2nd July I phoned and was promised that the dresses will be couried the following day.Today is the 11th July still I have not received my dresses.”
“They deliver wrong items from what I have ordered and now I have to see by my self how I resolve this. They no longer answer my messages, I call and they say they will get back to me.. I paid for delivery, now that the order is wrong they don’t send back the courier to pick up the items. I’m now expected to go to the nearest branch.. I demand a refund and they tell me I will only get my refund month end.. I have a wedding to attend to this weekend what a great inconvenience.. The attitude they have over the phone is on another level, they do sound remorseful and take accountability of their actions.. I’m so disappointed and will definitely make every one aware of this..”
“I placed my order 2nd week of Jan 2024,I waited almost 7 weeks instead of the 7 days they promise on their website, before they could be delivered,this was after I did a number of follow ups. When the order finally arrived, one dress was missing,the other dress was poorly stitched and my husband's shirt was dirty and poorly stitched. I reported the matter to them and was told that the items will be replaced,I am still awaiting the items and I've been ignored on whatsapp. I will not be buying anything from their online store ever. I've never encountered such poor service in my life.”

“The customer service at their Sammy Marks branch is just terrible. Do not bother even going there! Getting help from the shop assistants it's like pulling teeth. I went there with the intention of getting a dress for myself and a shirt for my partner but I left as I was terribly treated.”
“During covid we ordered a dress where in the dress pattern were upside down at the back but the front was sworn together correctly but the size was said to be size 40 but it was way too big.We have been phoning them for assistance but we were sent from one consultant to another.It’s been weeks since the dress was taken back for repairing and the materials was a fluff magnet. The dress has been at the South Gate mall branch but we are not being acknowledged when making follow ups!This review might also be ignored but there service is appalling.”
“I'm disappointed with the fact that they don't do refund,i bought a dress online I went to the store exchange, unfortunately I couldn't find anything so I asked for refund,the said they don't do refund, instead sent me a WhatsApp stating that I have returned an item, I should keep in touch with them.”
“Ordered a dress, shirt and baby shirt for delivery by 17 April. Was confirmed 4 times that I would receive it. 4 days before they informed they made an error with baby shirt and would not be delivering until after the 17th. Informed them that I don’t need it after the 17th so please refund my money. Requested refund for over a month during which I was told refund was coming because there was a “process”. A process for their own error? Money has not been returned, product has not been received. Thieves with the poorest service.”
“They have beautiful dresses. However, I would not recommend their online ordering service. I placed an order and got an order number and confirmation email. Only to check my account and see the order had been cancelled. First I was told it was because the money was showing as pending. Now my bank shows the money has gone to Lufi_d but they still won't send the order. Apparently their finance department says the money is not showing in their account. I asked for the complaints email and account evidence got nothing back. Just don't do it the stress is to much.”
