They deliver wrong items from what I have ordered and now I have to see by my self how I resolve this. They no longer answer my messages, I call and they say they will get back to me.. I paid for delivery, now that the order is wrong they don’t send back the courier to pick up the items. I’m now expected to go to the nearest branch.. I demand a refund and they tell me I will only get my refund month end.. I have a wedding to attend to this weekend what a great inconvenience.. The attitude they have over the phone is on another level, they do sound remorseful and take accountability of their actions.. I’m so disappointed and will definitely make every one aware of this..
