This happened on Luton Luggage Point on 8 august 2025
Terrible service. I was forced to leave my luggage, due to the inability to check it in due to the delay. No one answers emails, when i try to call them only answering machine on the phone. I was needed my luggage to send me immediately.No contact can be established. I already bought a ticket to go and pick it up in person. The employee cannot put together 2 sentences in English. They deliberately do not respond to email messages because they charge 15 pounds each day. I have never seen anything like this in my life. Total disaster !!
