LugLess uses FedEx to ship your suitcases but they take no responsibility. If you send it directly with FedEx, they will take responsibility three out of my four suitcases made it to my vacation place one of them is lost and has not failed. LugLess is not helpful at all, they just told me to reach out to FedEx.
In addition, FedEx will pick up from your location for no extra charge and LugLess charges you extra to do it
