They add zero value to the process. It would have been easier to ship myself.
Any company that hides from its customers is a no go for me. You can only contact them 8-5 weekdays. And if you want to call them, it costs $12. Absolutely useless.
Ship your bag yourself. They offer no advantage and many disadvantages.
