We shipped 10 bags within the US and one got lost. We tried FedEx who could not track the bag. All Lugless could tell us was we were not eligible for any reimbursement. There was nothing about them trying to figure our where in the process it got misplaced. FedEx and Lugless keep tossing us back and forth and no one is taking responsibility for the lost bag. Most disappointing.
