Love their clothes...And I've purchased often but WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I honestly cannot believe I'm dealing with italians-they are monstrous, and the more help you need, or the more they mess up, the more they dig in. They assume every customer is a grifter looking to scam them, they will not listen or be reasonable, your only option is to fight with your credit card. Also they offer discounts and never honour them. Only buy full price, don't expect free shipping even if promised and don't try to return or you will have a nasty opponent.
