horrible customer service team. I came across this website to buy one of the boots I liked, Paris texas. While the shipping was fast and great and I received the item in 3 days, I did receive the item scratched from the back of the two boots. No tags were attached to the boots, only a small authentication card was thrown in the box. I sent an email as soon as I received it and they instructed me to send it back. I wore the boots in my garage once to try it out and it does have marks on the sole, I resent them pictures to avoid the hassle of sending it back and I was willing to keep the item as is with an additional discount given that they dont have the boots any longer available in stock but they are accusing me that I mishandled the boots and that they cant proceed with anything to help! I have not seen a worst customer service!
